Whether you're off to sip mimosas at brunch or heading to the office, this look is your BFF. As a makeup artist with 18 years of experience, I've learned a thing or two about helping clients feel like the best version of themselves. So, let's spill the tea on how to achieve that effortlessly radiant glow with a touch of fun!

Start with Skincare: Your Skin's Best Friend

You wouldn't build a house without a strong foundation, right? The same goes for makeup. Great skin is the canvas for any look, especially when you're going for natural. Start with a gentle cleanser to wash away the day, follow up with an eye cream and moisturizer to keep the hydration game strong, and never forget your SPF—it's your skin's knight in shining armor.  And two to three times a week, add in an exfoliator to keep your skin fresh and remove that dull layer sitting on top.  Healthy skin isn't just a trend; it's a lifestyle, darling!  My new favorite skincare brand is Byoma.  They list all their ingredients and it's very affordable.  I've introduced the brand into my personal routine and pro kit.

Products That Play Nice: Enhance, Don't Hide

When it comes to the natural look, think of your makeup as a supportive bestie, not a scene-stealer. A tinted moisturizer or sunscreen is your go-to for everyday while letting your real glow shine through. Need a little extra help? A bit of concealer or corrector here and there does the trick. Add a pop of blush to your cheeks and lips to bring natural color back to your skin.  Pop on a brow gel and mascara and you're good to go!  The key is always apply in light layers, you need way less makeup than you think.

I've been dying to try this ColorScience Tinted Sunscreen.  It'd be perfect for these warmer months ahead.

Application Magic: Glow Like You Mean It

Here's where the fun begins! Use a damp beauty sponge or a dense foundation brush to blend in complexion products to look like, "I woke up like this." Tools can make or break your makeup routine and they can last years if you take care of them.  And the way you apply it is super important.  I recommend a stippling or patting motion to build up coverage without using a lot of practice.  No more rubbing or swiping!  My favorite foundation brush is from Anisa Beauty - The Pinnacle foundation brush has an amazing triangle design that fits into all the nooks and crannies of the face and it's super dense yet soft at the same time.

Wrap It Up: Confidence is Key

The natural makeup look is about embracing your beauty and owning it with flair. My clients love this look because it enhances what they already have, making them feel like the most fabulous version of themselves. Want to perfect your natural glam?
