I'm so excited to share this video with you. I love packing videos and this is a good one. This is what I packed in my Hospital bag for labor and delivery. I did a ton of research and actually I think I did a pretty good job. I've edited it after I gave birth to baby girl to show you what I actually used and didn't need. Check it out!

I filmed this video a week before going into the hospital. I think I packed pretty well but didn't use a couple of things for several reasons. First, because I was induced and connected to so many monitors, I wasn't really allowed to move around a lot or use the bath tub to help relieve labor pain. So all my bath accessories didn't apply. Also I found that I was too tired or out of it to reach for some of the extra items I brought just in case. But hopefully this list will be helpful for some of you out there!
