Hi Bellas,
Yesterday I featured my huge NYX Prize Haul. I got the items about two months ago so I've been testing them out a ton. I thought it'd be easiest to do looks and quick product reviews on these FOTDs for those asking. Today I'm featuring a very pretty pink glam look. Check it out!
First off, I used the NYX HD Liquid Foundation. I actually like the consistency, it's buildable without being cakey. But as you can see, this shade was a bit light. I did notice that the shades are limited in this line, definitely not a ton of deeper shades for women of color.
On the eyes I'm using the Wanderlust palette - it's got some nice neutrals which complimented a sparkly pink Prismatic Eyeshadow I used on the lid. I find that the Prismatic shadows vary per color - you need to apply them with a dense synthetic brush or your finger and sometimes it doesn't work to apply them wet.
On the lips I'm wearing one of the Simply Pink jumbo lip pencils. I was surprised at how pigmented they are. This is a really nice color - nude but with a pop of color. I do think you need to make sure and exfoliate and moisturize your lips first as my lip flaws do show.
On my cheeks I tested out some of the NYX blushes. They are small in size but I don't mind...the consistency is pretty nice, pigmented, nice shade range, I think it's definitely worth picking out some colors.
I hope you all enjoyed this quick look and review. I plan on doing a few more this week so I can share my quick thoughts on some of the products I've been testing. You can find these products at www.nyxcosmetics.com

This is gorgeous!
Very chic and girly look. I have yet to try a Nyx blush. (I know where have I been?)
I feel like my blush doesn't show up as nice as it should, maybe I'm applying it wrong.
Would you mind doing a blog post on blush application for different face shapes?
