Happy Friday! I'm back with another post. I wanted to dress my face a little bit before headed to a hair appointment, but I didn't have a lot of time. So I decided to go for a classic look - red lips and light eyeshadow. Easy breezy! Also, check out my new hair!

I had less than 15 minutes to put my face on so I wanted something quick but with impact. I decided to use a new red lipstick. I first lined with MAC Cherry Lip Pencil then applied City Color Be Matte Lipstick in Fire. I typically like a darky, vampy red lip but this bright cherry red really makes me happy!
I kept my eyes simple, I put a wash of bronze shadow on my lid/lower lashline and just used a matte cream shadow to highlight my tearduct and browbone. I lined with Alcone liquid liner and popped on some falsies for drama. I quickly filled in my brows using Senna Sketch a Brow. I'm rocking Cover FX CC Cream in Golden Deep as my foundation - partly because it sets itself and I knew I wouldn't need to use a powder. Instead, I applied a generic pinky brown blush as my cheek color/contour and that's it!
Here's after my hair was redone! The black roots are gone and I chopped off about 4 inches to get rid of my dry ends. My roots are now a dark brown and we added some highlights to frame my face - I find that a darker base really does add more dimension to your hair and makes it easier to wear.
Hope you guys enjoyed. Have a great weekend!
