I'm back with another celebrity inspired tutorial! I'm on a roll. Yesterday I did a FOTD, but I wanted to film this one for you all. I was inspired by a Glamour magazine shoot with Kelly Osbourne. I fell in love with the makeup and used all affordable makeup to recreate it. Check it out!
