Harley Quinn Makeup - Dramatic Theatrical Look!

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another look but this one is not for everyday, it's more for Halloween lol.  I'm finally showing you the makeup I wore for the Red Bull Race a few weeks ago.  It's a glammed up version of Harley Quinn, Joker's girlfriend for our Batman Themed submission.  I love the way it came out, check it out after the jump!
Crazily enough, the hardest part of this look was getting the white face makeup to be opaque!  I used Mehron's water activiated cake makeup - tons and tons of layers of it!
For my hair, I used hot rollers then puleld the top back into pig-tails:  I didn't have the jester hat so this was my substitute!
For the mask, I painted on Mehron's black makeup from my basic Paradise palette where I used the white for my face.  I used adhesive black rhinestones from Michaels at the corners to give a bit of pop.
The eyes were actually the easiest part to do and they made it super fem and girly.  I apply Graftobian red shadow all over the lid (didn't have to worry about brows b/c they were covered).  I used Duo clear lash adhesive and then red Graftobian glitter on the lid, then smoked it out with black in the Outer V.  Lastly, I paired it with some super dramatic dragalicious lashes.
Here's a candid shot of me in costume

And a quick shot of me and the BF before the day started (yah I didn't aim the camera too well, lol...but you can see a tiny bit of me on the left).
Surprisingly, my makeup lasted all day even through 8 hours of being in the hot Georgia sun!  The only thing that faded was my lips when I ate (I used OCC Tarred lip tar) and I just had very faint fading of the white makeup.  I'm definitely going to recreate this look for you all for Halloween, hope you enjoyed!

  7. Like your tutorial if how to apply the Harley Quinn make up! Looks cool! I really like your outfit too, but couldn't see the whole thing. Did you make it on your own or purchase it?
