I try to mix up my posts...FOTDs, client looks, tutorials, reviews and then I like to sprinkle some random themed ones. I thought today it would be fun to do something a little different. I'm featuring some of my favorite MAC limited edition products. The sad thing is that MAC has so many limited edition collections and we fall in love with products only to have them discontinued. If you can find some of these leftover at your local MAC store, CCO, or online, I highly recommend them!

Here are some of my favorites:
Glamour Check Eyeshadow - No doubt this is one of my favorite eyeshadows. It's the perfect warm toned brown to contour an eye and it never looks bad on anyone. The starflash finish makes application super duper easy.
Bare Slimshine -This is one of my favorite nudes of all time. I love the slimshine formula because it's like lipstick and gloss in one and great for my super dry lips. I've gone through a couple of these bad boys and use it on clients all the time. It's sheer enough that it looks great on everybody.
Pearlmatte Face Powder - This product has that perfect mix of gold, pink, bronze and orange to flatter my tan skintone and I apply it like blush. I actually didn't start loving it until several months after I bought it but now it's a staple in my collection. On top of it, the texture is great and it's super pigmented. Perfection!
Hush Tendertone - I really loved this little pot of gloss. It wasn't sticky, very moisturizing, smelt great, felt great and this peachy color was perfect with any look.

I love the dc'd matte2 e/s in Tete-a-Tint. I didn't hear about it being dc'd til it was too late. Luckily MAC's Gone But Not Forgotten found me a couple. Soit'll tide me over for a good while.
the new "bare again" is identical to bare slimshine if you ever run out :)
I hate when our favorite brands discontinues things! It makes me wanna cry!! I just recently broke my essie's starry starry night polish. I've had it for YEARS and I've been babying it, and using thinner to make it last. I only used it on special occasions and it fell off a shelf and broke :( I feel your pain over discontinued products!
ahhhh i have all or have used those products. at least i think most of them were limited edition so you knew there demise was inevitable.
my favorite crease color.. tete a tint (matte2-- replaced soft brown in my book ages ago) is now DISCONTINUED!!! its a pink/peach brown if you will. i had to get back ups from gone but not forgotten, but still! they need to bring it back. i love the pigmentation of matte2 so that was perfect.... though i have backups my heart is weary lol!
