I'm back with a much-anticipated tutorial. I'm finally doing a look featuring the super popular Urban Decay Naked Palette. I went for a dirty, smokey metallic eye that's super sexy for a night out.

I've mentioned this on twitter before but the palette to me took some getting used to. The colors are more on the neutral, cool side and at times can come up a bit muddy on the eyes. Also some of the glittery shades have major sparkle fall-out. However, it is a nice, convenient palette...in my opinion though, not a must-have if you already have a lot of neutral shades in your collection.

I totally agree that the Naked palette is not a must have and it looks on the cool side. The only shades I really use are the darker, warmer browns and the two matte shades for a crease transition. Thankfully I got mine for a birthday gift. Otherwise I was quite content without it. For the price, I'd rather make a Inglot palette!
