I'm back with another Friday Giveaway! I wanted to save this video for after the New Year. It's my first contest of 2011. Believe me you'll definitely want to participate because I will be giving away a set of the highly coveted Sigmax Brushes from Sigma Makeup. If you're into flawless foundation, this set is a must-have.

In the video, I show you all of the different ways that you can use these brushes. I love them for cream foundation...you can also use them for the liquid or powder variety. I also show you how to apply cream blush and contour color. I'm a die hard F80 fan for my own personal makeup - this set contains that as well as two other brushes, the F82 and F84.
F80 - The original flat top kabuki brush. I love this for blending in my cream foundation.
F82 - This brush has a dense rounded shape. Perfect for pushing product into hard to reach areas like under the eyes and around the nose.
F84 - This brush has an angled shape which makes it great for contouring. If you haven't tried contouring with cream products yet, you're really missing out.
As you can see, the brushes are nearly similar except for the shape of the bristles.
They are all very densely packed, which makes for flawless application. The bristles are made from synthetic Sigmax HD filament. Synthetic is a plus - makes them good for not absorbing too much product.
When letting your brushes dry, keep the original plastic sleeves. This ensures that your bristles stay densely packed. You may notice that it's a bit tough to get out the foundation from the white tips of these brushes. I recommend using Pink Soap Brush Cleanser or Parian Spirit Brush Cleaner - they're awesome at getting out tough makeup stains.
Each brush retails for $16 but you get the best value when you buy the entire Synthetic face Kit for $42 from www.SigmaMakeup.com . If you get any brush, at least get the F80...it is definitely a HG foundation brush for me.

I would love to win this brush set because I've been looking for a better face brush to apply my foundation with to give me a more flawless finish. I've tried eco-tool's foundation brush but I found that wasn't as even. Now i'm using Sigma's F50 brush but the bristles sheds on my face a lot, irritating it. I believe these brushes may give me the elusive flawless finish I've been looking for....so many of the foundations look thick and uneven, almost cakey on my 40+ skin. I have used brushes in the past but haven't found the right one yet.

Can't wait to try these brushes... even better if I win them!! I have yet to find a good brush for cream foundations. Right now I use my beauty blender sponge because all my brushes, even my MAC ones aren't dense enough so it doesn't distribute the product evenly.

Hi RenRen! This is an awesome giveaway. Thank you. I would like to win because it was my birthday on Monday (the 3rd) and I didn't get any presents (even if I'm in my late 20's it's still nice to get presents, ya know?). I've watched many reviews on YT on these and the overall ratings seem to be favorable for this particular brush set, as compared to the regular brush sets which are kind of iffy... I'm getting back into professional makeup after stepping away for a minute (had to get some thing in order). Prior to laying-low, I had given all of my makeup away- including brushes. I've started getting into make-up in June and I'm 28! (Late bloomer :P) I know that watching youtube and following blogs like yours have taught me a tremendous amount of techniques. I feel that everyone, even a newbie like me, can learn and actually apply make up pretty decent. I even feel that I know so much now, like I've been using make up for years. I especially enjoy and take lots of notes from your videos because I feel that I have similar features like yourself. You definitely showed me how to accent my unique features. I already have the F80, a multifuctional brush, which I absolutely LOVE!!!!!! I forgot about my other face brushes :) and continuously use the Sigma one. I am really, really impressed with its high quality and smoothness.
I would defenitely LOVE to have one more F80 available when the other one is washed or drying.
Not to mention that it would be a DREAM to try the angled one and the round version of Simax brushes. This would be awesome!!!!

I would like to own these brushes because I am almost done with my undergraduate studies and will soon begin to get many interviews/interships,etc. I really want a natural look when going for interviews and looking for jobs. My skin is extremely oily and sometimes even with my oil free Sephora makeup I feel as though my makeup is caked on and hasn't blended well into my skin. Currently, I have some cheap brushes I purchased from Target and they shed a lot and are not too soft on the skin. Mainly, I could definitely use the brushes to build my makeup skills.
