Hi Bellas,
Happy Monday and Happy MLK Day! It's a new day and I wanted to do a different kind of post. I'm always striving to make improvements to www.MakeupByRenRen.com. With a new year ahead of us, I want to do bigger and better things for the site and I'm relying on you guys to help me out!

As you guys know, I love to teach you guys through my videos and post. While I gear a lot of my posts to aspiring makeup artists I also try to reach out to the everyday woman. On my blog, I typically have a mixture of Product Reviews, Tutorials, Pictures of Client Makeovers, Before and Afters and Pictures of makeovers on myself.
I want to incorporate more tip/how to posts. Do you guys have any suggestions? I want to know what kind of posts you would like to see. It can anything general or something really specific. Leave your ideas in the comments below :) I'll review them and feature them in my posts and include your name and blog as well!
I can't wait to here what you all come up with. Ciao Bellas!

Out of all your postings I love the "before and afters" and the techniques you used to transform them into beauties!! I love the product reviews, however I like to read more written reviews then watch videos, that's just me though. Also would love to see more drugstore reviews that you as a makeup artist think are good quality "finds"! Thanks for listening...
i love watching tricks. how to use different products and there hidden talents.
First off, congrats on getting listed as a top 40 MUA blog!
You're pictures and reviews are great, but I'd like to see more color in the template background, maybe something custom?
Also, you need some share links for Twitter & Facebook! If you have a fan page I'd like to see you put a widget on the sidebar too.
Keep up the beautiful work!
I would like to see more how to posts because while the makeup looks you post are gorgeous and inspiring; I could never do them without a step by step tutorial. So maybe you could incorporate a tutorial post once a week?
I agree with another commenter about the background. I'm sure you're just trying not to distract from photos but I think a dainty (light colored)pattern would look great.
I agree with Supriya, I love the before & afters too. I also do like reading when I come to a blog, rather than be directed to watch a video. I think what I would appreciate the most is drugstore alternatives to higher end products. Those are just my thoughts, either way I still really enjoy your blog!
My eye makeup seems to smear under my eyes. I use waterproof everything, but it seems to still smear. Any tips on that?
Perhaps on you blog somewhere you can put 5 faq posts, so that way we know if youve blogged about it before or not.
perhaps people always ask you about your makeup kit or how to do eyebrows. so there'll be about 5 or more posts on the side.
i am really interested in seeing something about covering problematic skin or acne scars. all of you lovely beauty gurus have beautiful complexions and it is hard to imagine the process. it would be helpful to have a model with acne to give a demonstration as well. ( wish i could volunteer!) As someone who suffers from acne i have tried many things but still have not mastered this technique.
I love your blog and appreciate the opportunity to chime in!
I would like to learn about how to find the undertones in a persons skin tones to find foundation. My youtube name is glailaj btw.
I love your blog and I think you already have a great formula. I personally enjoy your "Before and After" entries, but I would like to see more of the "Makeup Artist Series".
Thos looks R Absolutely GORGEOUS!! LUV it!
I definitely love the before's and after's that you do. It's great to see the makeup on different types of people. Another feature of your blog that I really appreciate is the writing. Even if you link a video, you have all the information written in case I don't want to watch the video. Not all of the YT artists do that so I always find myself reading your's much more often. Keep up the excellent work!
Sorry I'm leaving this a bit late....
I've been reading your blog for a long time because it is well written and well organized and while mega-talented, you present yourself as very approachable. So thanks for staying on a level where you can connect with your readers. :)
My favorites, like many above me, are the before-and-after photos, and I also prefer reading about your makeovers above watching a video. Having both as an option is very nice.
I really enjoyed the "makeup basics" series and like the theme of this idea--that this is possible and easy for me, even if I am completely clueless about makeup.
Like someone above, I end my days with black smudges beneath my eyes no matter what product and primers I use, so tips and help and product recommendations for that would be GREAT, especially drugstore brands.
Thanks!!! Your blog is so fun and inspiring to read.
