Hi Bellas,
I'm back with another tutorial. This look was requested by a viewer. I was asked to recreate the look that Hilary Duff wore in her January 2009 Maxim Magazine Shoot. This look is very Bridget Bardot inspired, with neutral eyes, winged linger, and a pink lip. I showed you how to create it using the very affordable 26 neutral palette. I figured a lot of you all had this palette and you could recreate the look without spending an arm and a leg.

The final look!
For some reason the photograph makes the lipstick look bright pink but it's actually a pale pink. Check out the video to see how it looked on camera.
Till next time, Ciao Bellas!
