L'Oreal HIP Dramatic Green and Yellow Look

Hi Bellas,

I'm pulling out a post from several months ago.  This is from when I first tried out my L'Oreal HIP Matte Duos.  I made a video tutorial but didn't like the way it turned out.  However, I saved the pictures and i'll show you my dramatic yellow and green look that I created.

I would recommend getting these eyeshadows when there's a BOGO sale at your local drugstore.  They always have these sales, you just have to keep a look out.  In this FOTD, I wore colors from all the of the duos below.

I'm a huge fan of matte shadows, so when I heard that L'Oreal came out with these duos, I was super excited!  The swatches are dry and without the base.  I was impressed by how pigmented these shadows were, and they weren't chalky like a lot of others.  However, I still recommend always wearing an eyeshadow base.  The pat pat brush method is best with mattes in order to get the color intensity that you want.

Don't you love my PJ's in the pictures? LOL.  It's a onesie that I purchased around Christmas time to keep me warm.  Stay tuned for another new video tomorrow!
