I'm back with another bridal post.  This time around, I had a client that came to wanting to get her makeup done for her friend's wedding.  She was a bridesmaid and wanted to make sure she looked great too.  Interestingly enough, she didn't go with the artist the bride hired.  Instead, she picked me because she had seen my work online and liked it.  I've also done a lot of Asian Bride (she's half Asian, half Caucasian) and she wanted someone who could match her skin.

For those of you that celebrate Christmas, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday this weekend.  I went home to visit my parents in Orlando, and it was nice to have a few days of relaxation and family time.  This year, I tried to film a Christmas look, but for some reason it didn't save.  At least I got pictures!

Today is the last feature on my Caress Girls Night Out Looks.  I'll show you my look for the night and believe me, it took about 10 minutes to do.  When I go out with my girls, I'm usually the last one ready. That's because I want to make sure and do everyone's makeup first since I can knock mine out quick.  When I'm in a pinch for time, I always go for a neutral smokey eye.

Sorry about no post yesterday.  If you follow me on Twitter, you'll know that I was swamped yesterday.  I had an amazing opportunity to work with Celebrity Makeup Artist AJ Crimson to prep clients for the Soul Train Awards, eek!  I'll make sure and do a complete post on my experience later.  Needless to say, it was an extremely busy day and I didn't get a chance to get a post up - no worries, because I'm back with another tutorial!  One day I happened to come upon an old blog post while searching for a post for one of my readers.  I saw the look and thought, hmmm I liked that one!  I decided to do a tutorial for it :)

I'm back with another Halloween makeover! This is a look I did on one of my clients for a Halloween party. It's funny because this time of the year is the only time I really get male clients, lol. He wanted to be a very gruesome looking dead zombie. Here's an inspiration pic that the client sent me. He wanted to have the gore of this clown from zombieland, minus the clown makeup.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time.  It's not everyday that I review a salon but I definitely want to share with you this find.  We actually found it by chance.  After spending a Saturday afternoon in Midtown Atlanta to see that Salvador Dali exhibit at our local High Museum, we passed by this little salon.  My friend looked it up online and after seeing positive reviews, we decided to give it a chance.

I'm back with another look from my Caress Girls Night Out Event.  I love doing makeup on my best friend Alex...she's always willing to try something new and she's definitely not afraid of color or lashes!  She was wearing all black so I could pull out pretty much any color combo with her.  In the end, we decided to go for sultry purples...I love the way the color looks on her skin tone.  I think i'm definitely going to try and recreate this look because the color combination was gorgeous!

I'm back with another Halloween tutorial. This look is a costume idea that I actually wore with my girls two years ago. I don't know about you all, but my friends and I love to do original and fun group costume ideas.

In this tutorial, I feature a look from the 70's rock star group KISS. It's a super easy look to do, with minimal materials, and you'll definitely get a huge reaction out of it.
