Wow I can't believe it's Monday already. I had a four day weekend, taking off of work Thursday and Friday for my best friend's wedding. It's the first wedding in my friend circle and my first time as a bridesmaid...so it was a big deal. I have a lot of amazing pictures to show you all.
About a month and a half ago, my bestie and her fiancee commissioned me and my boyfriend to have an engagement shoot. The boyfriend took the pictures, and I did the makeup and light reflecting. Saiesha planned on framing the pictures and using them to decorate the tables during her cocktail reception. She wanted to incorporate a lot of nature shots so we headed over to Georgia's famous Stone Mountain park.
We first wanted to go for a natural, carefree look. You can double click on the pictures to expand.
For the second look, they wanted something more editorial. They dressed up to increase the contrast with the nature in the background. I also darkened the makeup a bit to go with the look.
Here are a few of the candid shots I caught in the car while we were waiting for it to stop raining! You can get a better view of the makeup here.
