How was your weekend? I had a really relaxing weekend with the BF. I had an early morning shoot that got postponed so I got to sleep in all weekend.
One of the things that the BF and I have wanted to do for so long was go to the Farmers Market to get some grocery shopping done. I've always heard that their is more variety and the fruits, veggies and meats taste better.
My BF had gone for Valentines day to pick up the materials for the dinner he cooked me. He had mentioned to me that he saw an entire section of Asian beauty products. Of course that wanted me to go even more!
I picked up face masks for a dollar a pop. I assume you just pop them on your face right? I couldn't read the instructions. I also bought some Charcoal nose clearing strips (like the biore ones), two mini eyelash curlers (one for me, one for the kit - perfect for recurling falsies since it doesn't have barriers on the side), and coconut oil from the Indian aisle.
I already tried the face masks, curlers and noise strips, lol. I'll fill you in my review when I get more of a chance to test them out.
They had a bunch of makeup brands that I didn't recognise, but then I saw these! Shisem lashes! Every since Pink started wearing them, I've been on a mission to find them. Have you all noticed that these are impossible to find online? Well I picked up 10 pairs at $3.50 a pop. I'm stocked! I'll probably also save some for some of my blogger sisters :)

This weekend I also placed an order for 75 pairs of lashes from Madame Madeline. I had to stock up because my resources have depleted. Mind you, this isn't just for me but for clients too, lol.

I have tried those lashes, they are really heavy, the base of the lashes are really thick. Do you like them?

We have a Farmer's Market near us too but, I'm not sure if they sell Asian beauty products.
Are you talking about the Dekalb County Farmers Market? If so, I'm def. gonna check it out.

nice haul - those look like sheet masks...if they are, you just put em on your face for 15-20 minutes and then rub in any residue onto your skin - great way to destress!
i still need practice using false lashes, but that doesn't stop me from searching for shisems! great haul on those!

YAY for lashes! i love love love those lashes. I can only find the ones similar to those called Darkness and some other brand I dont know what it's called. I think they're equally as good though.

i have those eyelash curler, exactly same one, even the color. for some reason i don't like them too much. i don't think they do the job efficiently but they don't hurt your eyes for sure. can't wait for your review for those masks. by the way, what's the vatika or valika in the bottle with green cap?
i have those lashes, haha. but im not a big fan of korean lashes, they're not so dramatic as the american ones haha.
hey girl! i have the blue eyelash curler and it work really well for me! i kind of like it more than my shu uerma curler, just because it's so compact, SOOOOOO much cheaper, and works the same =)
