Stormy Tutorial-Sexy Hot Pink and Black Eyes!

Lips
-Lipliner in dervish
-Lipglass in Glamorous
-Brushes: 216

Steps:
-Pull back hair. Cleanse and moisturize face. Wait ten minutes for moisturizer to sink in.
-Apply Smashbox Photofinish Primer to entire face using clean fingertips, make sure that it is evenly distributed.

-Apply yellow corrector to undereye circles with 194 concealer brush – make sure to pat and dab to blend.

-Apply NW35 Select Moisturecover concealer on top of yellow corrector-pat and dab to blend.

-Apply UDPP over entire lid up to browbone to prime-blend with clean ring finger.
-Apply Whistle e/s to entire lid up to browbone using 239 brush
-Apply Passionate e/s with 239 brush to outer 2/3 of lid and up a bit over the crease-pack in color

-Flip 239 brush over to clean side and apply Pinked Mauve Pigment to inner 1/3 of lid in a packing motion

-Use 219 brush to apply Black Tied e/s over crease and over to outer lid to create an outer v shape…use a dotting motion in order to control the amount of color. Allow some pink to show above Black Tied in crease.

-Take 222 brush and blend out the harsh lines (use a windshield motion in crease, and small circles in outer corner of eye)

-Use 239 brush to reapply some of the Passionate e/s that was lost in the blending, do the same with Pink Mauved pigment.

-Take fluffy e/s brush, mine is from Michaels, and apply Whish e/s onto browbone to highlight, lightly blending into the dark colors below.

-Apply Kohl pencil in Smolder to lower waterline

-Apply Black Tied e/s using 219 brush to lower lashline
-Line top lashline with Revlon Colorstay liquid liner in blackest black, making a slight wing at the end

-Make sure lashes are curled, apply mascara to top and bottom lashes; I used Imju Fiberwig.
-Apply false eyelashes ( I used NYX el 101) with Duo Lash glue.

-Tightline lashes using 266 brush and Fluidline in Blacktrack

-Cleanup fallout.
-Fill in brows with eyebrow pencil in Spiked in small feather motions; I made mine a little thicker to frame the bold eyes.

-Apply Studiotech NC43 using 190 foundation brush.

-Use 168 brush and apply blush in format to contour lower cheek bones blending up into temples, and jaw line. Make sure to blend out the harsh lines.

-Apply blush in Sunbasque to upper cheek bones using 116 brush.

-Apply Drizzlegold beautypowder using 187 brush onto apples of cheeks and chin to highlight.

-Line lips and fill them in with lipliner in Dervish

-Use 216 lipbrush to top lips with lipglass in Glamorous

Fix your hair and you’re ready to go!
