So I got a little package from Sephora and it was like a mini x-mas. I originally was going to order some concealer for my roommate, she has really dark undereye concealers that her normal MAC concealer doesn't hide. So I got her the Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage Concealer in SC-3. The website description made it seem really good...it has two colors in the compact so she can custom blend to her skin tone. The compact is pretty sturdy/heavy duty too... I hope she likes it! On top of that I also got her a bunch of makeup, lol. I think I'm dragging her into my obsession. I also got her an Essence of Beauty concealer brush from CVS (she only used her fingers before), a kabuki brush with a leather case from bed bath and beyond, physician's formula yellow correcting concealer, some undereye moisturizing strip/mask things (if you've seen taylor made on I love New York 2 -he wears these), and I also got her a kit from everyday minerals. She's set!
Anyhow, I also ordered myself Smashbox Primer, Fiberwig Mascara, and Diorshow Mascara from Sephora. I love this stuff...I made a video review on the mascara that i'll post shortly once I work out some technical difficulties. I also used a promotion code Metallic to get a metallic lil clutch filled with a million awesome samples...I can't wait to try them out! I'll keep you posted on the good and the bad. Also, gift wrap is free...and I was highlyyyyyy impressed by the gift box that came with my stuff. It was extra sturdy and glossy...I wanted to keep it because it's so cute and would be awesome for holding random stuff. But I won't lol, because it's x-mas and time for giving, he he. Trust me though, this is some highclass gift box!
On one of my next posts I'm going to compare Smashbox Primer to Monistat Chafing gel and see which holds up best.
